6 To Go Pasta!

1 lb. penne or orrichette pasta

1 lb. Italian sausage

4 oz. fresh arugula

4 oz. Parmesan cheese

2 cups fresh green peas

1 oz. olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Bring 1/2 gallon water to boil in large pot. Season to taste with salt, pepper and 1 tbsp olive oil. Cook pasta in water for 8 minutes minimum or until al dente.

While pasta is cooking render sausage in skillet until cooked. When sausage is cooked toss in arugula and peas to heat.

Drain pasta and combine with other ingredients. Garnish with Parmesan cheese. Re- season with salt and pepper if necessary. Drizzle remaining olive oil on top of dish.
